ISLbook Deaf Tour & Deaf Guide

 

ISLbook offers a various travel packages with sign language interpreters.  They are teamed up with sign language interpreters with travel experience of more than 5-20 years working on the basis of an unit trust (mutual-fund) or self-fundraising toward Deaf tour of Deaf backpackers, Deaf tourists or group of Deaf travellers in both developing and underdeveloped countries.  Some countries might not be due to various issues.  Deaf Tour are organised by ISLbook’s members of seasoned Deaf guides along with International Sign Language interpreter if necessary.

 

To qualify for Deaf Tour, you will need to register with ISLbook and find a place that interests you.  For Deaf Tour guide or Sign language Tour guide, please contact ISLbook.

 

So here, ISLbook defines the difference between developing and underdeveloped countries.

 

Developed countries are referred as category where are economies in which the tertiary and quaternary sectors of industry dominate.


List of developed countries


Andorra, Finland, Italy, Norway, United States, Australia, France, Japan, Portugal, United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Belgium, Greece, Luxembourg, South Africa, Bermuda, Holy See, Malta, Spain, Canada, Iceland, Monaco, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Faroe Islands, Israel, New Zealand, Turkey.

Underdeveloped countries are also referred as developed countries, however have a relatively low standard of living, industrial base, and a moderate to low Human Development Index (HDI) score. In developing countries, there is low per capita income, widespread poverty, and low capital formation.


List of underdeveloped countries


South Africa, Mexico, China, Malaysia, Brazil, India, Philippines, Thailand, Turkey, most countries in Africa, Central America, and the Caribbean (except Jamaica, in category 2, and Puerto Rico, a U.S. territory); much of the Arab world, a few countries from Southeast Asia (Laos and Cambodia), Afghanistan, Haiti, Somalia, Sudan, Myanmar, Iraq, North Korea, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Republic of China (Taiwan), Thailand, Turkey .
